We don’t collect health information
Longevity Locator is a directory, not a healthcare provider, and we don’t ask for health information. Our forms are for business owners and for corrections to public business details; they never ask about symptoms, conditions, medications, test results or treatments. Please don’t send us any. Because we aren’t a healthcare provider, health plan or their business associate, HIPAA doesn’t apply to us — which is one more reason we keep health information out entirely. Anything you share with a business you find here is between you and that business, under its own privacy practices.
Saved listings
Saved listings stay in this browser on this device. They are not synced to an account. Clearing browser storage removes them. A shared shortlist link contains only listing IDs.
Requests and private status links
We store your name, email, business details, role, message, consent choices, referral source, request reference and submission time to review and respond to claims, additions and corrections. Only approved business details appear publicly. Review notes and your personal contact details remain private.
Your private status link contains a secret token. Keep it private: anyone with the full link can see your request’s progress and, for approved owner claims, the listing’s activity counts. We store a hash of the token with the request. Confirmation emails in the private sending queue contain your full status link.
How long we keep things
Directory activity events are deleted after 90 days. Rate-limit counters expire within hours. Requests, review history and confirmation records are kept while the listing is active so we can document ownership decisions and published corrections, and are deleted on request where we don’t need them for that record. You can ask for deletion at the address below; we’ll confirm the request belongs to you and explain any record we must keep.
Optional Winback Engine interest
The assessment checkbox is separate, unchecked by default and never required for a free listing. If you opt in, or book a Featured strategy call, the team records your consent and follow-up stage. Winback Engine’s sales team keeps business contact details and follow-up notes for businesses it talks to in its customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel). You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We send transactional emails about your own request (confirmations, verification codes, sign-in links). Featured owners get one renewal reminder before their Featured year ends; it includes our postal address and an opt-out, and we stop within 10 business days of an opt-out request.
Directory activity
We count page views, searches, profile views, shares and clicks on booking or contact links. Events contain the page path (without any search text), the domain that referred you (for example “google.com”, never the full address), the listing, selected metro, area or service, result count, time, and a limited referral source and campaign label. We do not store raw search text, raw IP addresses, persistent visitor identifiers or advertising cookies in these events. Referral labels are kept in this tab’s session storage. Browsers that send Do Not Track and signed-in administrators are excluded. If you tap “Near me”, your location is used only on your device to sort listings by distance; it is never sent to or stored by Longevity Locator. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap.
Providers
Cloudflare provides the application and database infrastructure and may process technical request data to operate the service. Emails are sent from an address on longevitylocator.com using Cloudflare Email Service. If you choose phone verification for a claim, the code is sent by text message to the business’s published number through our telephony provider (Twilio). Replies and owner questions go to hello@longevitylocator.com.
Business photos and logos are stored with the directory where available. External image fallbacks can contact the source image host. Booking, map, review and website links open external services with their own privacy practices.
Request protection
To limit repeated submissions, the app stores an hourly hash derived from the connecting IP and a request count. It does not store the raw IP in these counters. Expired counters are removed when new requests arrive.
