Terms of use

Effective October 28, 2026. Longevity Locator (longevitylocator.com) is operated by Winback Engine (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Longevity Locator is

Longevity Locator is an independent US directory of longevity clinics, scan and testing centers, recovery and therapy studios, and longevity training studios. We collect publicly available information — mostly from each business’s own website and booking pages — and link to our sources. We are not a healthcare provider. We don’t provide, order, recommend or sell any test, treatment or program, we don’t take bookings or payments, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with a business.

Not medical advice

Everything on Longevity Locator, including guides, the FAQ and the price index, is general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation that any test, therapy or program is right, safe or effective for you. Using the site does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship with us. Scans, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, hormone therapy, medical weight loss and other services can carry real risks and costs. Talk to your own doctor about your situation before you book. In an emergency, call 911.

Listings are shown as published, and can be wrong or out of date

Hours, prices, services, memberships, staff, oversight details, photos and policies change. We show each detail as the business or the named source published it, with the source and the date we checked, but we can’t guarantee it is accurate, current or complete. Confirm everything with the business before you pay.

We don’t verify licenses or credentials

Where a business names a medical director or lists clinician credentials, we repeat what it publishes. We don’t verify licenses, board certification, training, insurance, regulatory compliance or safety records, and we never infer credentials. You can check a physician at DocInfo.org ↗ or with your state licensing board.

No endorsement, no invented ratings

Being listed is not an endorsement, a quality rating, or a statement that a business is licensed, compliant or safe. The trust check shows which details we could confirm from public sources; a missing item means we couldn’t confirm it, not that a business is bad. We don’t write reviews or star ratings and we don’t copy them from other platforms — we link to them. Device, test and program names are shown only as published and belong to their owners.

Some owner-verified listings are Featured. A business becomes Featured for 12 months after its owner books a strategy call with Winback Engine about its customer-reactivation service, and stays Featured while it is a Winback Engine customer. Featured listings carry a visible “Featured” label and can appear first in the default sort. Featuring never changes a listing’s trust check, oversight details, prices, photos or review links. More about Featured.

Photos, names and logos

Photos are credited and linked to where they were published, usually the business’s own website. Business names and logos are shown only to identify the business and belong to their owners. We don’t show photos that are AI-generated or scraped from map services, before-and-after images, or photos of patients or clients.

If you own a photo, or you’re pictured in one, and want it removed, use the “Request removal” link on the profile or email hello@longevitylocator.com with the page link and your connection to the photo. We aim to remove it within 2 business days. You don’t need to prove anything for a removal.

Owners who claim a listing can choose to let us display photos from their website and social accounts. By ticking that box you confirm you own or have the rights to those photos and grant Longevity Locator a free, non-exclusive license to display them on your profile and in links to it. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we’ll take the photos down.

Other corrections and removals

Anyone can suggest a correction from any profile. Owners can claim their listing for free. To ask us to remove a listing or any other content, email hello@longevitylocator.com.

Your submissions

When you submit a claim, correction or new listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. We review submissions before anything changes on a public listing and may decline or edit them. Don’t submit anything unlawful or misleading, anything you don’t have the right to share, or any patient, client or health information.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break security, no impersonating a business owner or clinician, and no automated submissions.

Links to other sites

We link to business websites, booking tools, review platforms, license lookups, public health agencies and social accounts. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices or practices.

Email from us

We email owners about their own requests and, for Featured listings, a renewal reminder. Promotional emails include our postal address and a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a test, treatment, program, booking or business you find through the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of California. Questions: hello@longevitylocator.com.
