We link to each platform instead of copying its star ratings, so you always see the current reviews. Testimonials chosen by the business are labeled separately. Reviews describe individual experiences, not medical results.

Before you pay, ask.

A few questions that tell you a lot about any longevity business. A good team will answer them clearly, in writing if you ask.

  1. Who orders and reviews my results?Ask who the ordering clinician is for scans and lab tests, who reads them (for imaging, a radiologist?) and who explains the results to you.
  2. What exactly does the price include?Check which tests, visits, supplies and follow-ups are covered, what costs extra, and whether a consultation is required first.
  3. What happens after the visit?Ask how results are shared, whether a follow-up appointment is included, and whether they will send everything to your own doctor.
  4. What are the cancellation and refund terms?Especially for memberships and annual programs: notice period, auto-renewal, refunds for unused months or sessions.
  5. Can I use HSA/FSA funds or insurance?Much of this is self-pay. Ask for an itemized receipt, and check eligibility with your plan administrator rather than the business.

Worth a second look

  • Guaranteed results, “reverse your age” or cure-style promises
  • Pressure to prepay a year or sign up on the spot
  • No named clinician or medical director for medical services
  • Prescriptions offered without a proper consultation
  • A price that won’t say what it includes

This is general information, not medical advice. Talk to your own doctor about whether a test or treatment is right for you.
